5th Transnational Project meeting

“Environmentally Friendly Cranberries and Innovative Tablets”

Place: Piaseczno, Poland

Time:  4th-5th October 2018

Meeting Objectives:

1. Evaluation of the attained objectives and the activities done I-II year.
2. Introducing the project for the III year.

THE AGENDA OF THE PROJECT WORK MEETING:

1. Exchange of experiences. Evaluation of the attained objectives and the activities done.
2. Planning the project work for the III year, including project activities (field trip, interactive culture questionnaire (contents), eBook, OER, questionnaire for students and teachers).

I Evaluation of the attained objectives and the activities done

 

Year 2 main activities were: short videos based on IT and the environment; Charity Sale; job Shadowing in Finland; Photo Hunt connected with different subjects and IT.  Every partner school has done Year 2 activities.

 

Ever partner has done tasks in eTwinning. Tasks were: country descriptions (GoogleSlides); photo galleries about performing plays and charity sale; expressing opinion on 2 activities: plays and charity sale using Forums comments; materials based on Photo Hunt, feedback questionnaires.

II Introducing the project for the III year

• Interactive culture questionnaire. Will be done with the help of Kahoot, game will be uploaded at eTwinning. Partners will contribute with 5 multiple choice questions about their country (right answer  is pointed out) and is Poland responsible for compiling.

• Field trip will take place in October-December. Photos of trip will be uploaded to eTwinning and Learning apps will be created based on the trip.

• Learning apps (https://learningapps.org/) will be created after the field trip. Amount of learning apps depends on the number of subjects and students. It would be best to do it as pair or group work and not so many subjects are needed. Language of learning apps will be native language of partner school.

• OER deadline will be 31st of January, 2019. One study material connected with the project topics will be created by teachers. OER will be uploaded and OER link will be sent to Ivika.

• eBook will be created at Storyjumper (https://www.storyjumper.com). Text needs to be in native language and in English. It can be novel, fairy tale, poem etc., but topic must be nature. Created materials (texts, pictures) will be sent to Ere and she will upload those to project ebook.

• Final project conferences will be held at partner schools in April, 2019. It should sum up everything students and teacher have done during the project. It would be good to include parents also. What to include: introducing eBook, introducing learning resources; introducing learning apps, exhibitions of students' works etc.

• Final feedback questionnaire. Italy is responsible for creating feedback questionnaires (for teachers and students) in Google Doc.  Link will be uploaded to eTwinning.

• If possible it would be good to supplement school curriculum with field trips. Materials created for project´s field trips could be reused.
• By the end of the project (31 August, 2019) every partner have to publish an article to the local newspaper or the school website and write final report of the project.

After some more discussions these decisions were made:

• Deadline for interactive culture questionnaire questions will be October 20, 2018. Kahoot game will created by Poland and have to be ready in March, 2019.
• Field trip will take place in October-December, 2018.
• Deadline for Learning apps is the end of December 2018, Learning apps´ links must be uploaded to eTwinning.
• Project products are eBook, learning resources in OER. Deadline for OER will be 31st January, 2019, link will be sent to Ivika.  Materials for eBook must be sent to Ere by the end of December, 2018.
• Final project conferences will be held at partner schools in April, 2019.
• Italy is responsible for creating final feedback questionnaire for teacher and students.  Deadline for questions is 30th April 2019, filling by 31s May, 2019.
• If possible it would be good to supplement school curriculum with field trips.
• Every partner has to write an article and final report.
• 6th Project Meeting in Riga, Latvia will be held on April 3-April 7th, 2019.
